Gated Possession
Layout - Have numerous gates scattered across a 7 aside pitch
Action - the condition on the game is the two teams have to pass through the gate, having a player the other side of the gate to receive the pass.
Purpose - Encourages a dynamic approach to playing, always

Layout - A goalkeeper and 2 players 11 aside goals and goalkeeper.
Action - Have your goalkeeper lay in the flag position holding the goalpost. The signal is given to get up and both players hit a shot in quick succession, the aim must be low and high.
